Design Notes

Works only with magnetic (induction-compatible) pots and pans. For optimal heat distribution, we recommend using cookware with a sandwich-style bottom.

The WP 400 001 wok pan cannot be used with this appliance.

Installation is possible on stone, synthetic, or solid wood countertops. Ensure heat resistance and that the cut edges are watertight. For other materials, please consult the countertop manufacturer.

For thinner countertops, ensure load-bearing capacity and stability by using appropriate support structures. Take into account the weight of the appliance and any additional loads.

The slot must be continuous and uniform to ensure that the appliance sits evenly on the gasket. Do not use a non-continuous slot.

The appliance must be secured from below.

The width of the joint may vary due to dimensional tolerances of the glass-ceramic cooktop and the countertop’s cross-section.
