Pure Steam System

ASKO built-in steam ovens use the Pure Steam system to separate condensed water from the steam. The water is then recirculated back into the steaming process, ensuring proper steaming of your food.

Sous Vide Program

ASKO’s Sous Vide cooking program ensures uniform steam circulation at a precise temperature over time. Its reliability guarantees perfect results every time.

Steam Cleaning

The steam cleaning function makes cleaning the oven easy. By continuously spraying water into the oven to create steam, it’s easy to remove food residue.

Temperature Sensor
